LeoForce is seeking a highly skilled Permanent Commercial Superintendent to join our fast-paced construction team in Florida. This pivotal role requires leadership, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of commercial construction processes from concept to completion.

You will oversee project life cycles, coordinate crews and subcontractors, enforce safety, and ensure quality against schedule and budget while maintaining clear stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in commercial construction superintendent roles.
• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Proven track record of completing commercial projects successfully.
• Certification in construction management or related field is a plus.

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Commercial Superintendent to join our dynamic and fast-paced construction team. This is a pivotal role that requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of commercial construction processes, project management, and team coordination. Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle and ensuring that projects are completed within the stipulated time and budget.
• Coordinating and supervising the activities of construction teams and subcontractors to ensure tasks are executed according to plan.
• Implementing and enforcing site safety measures and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Reviewing and interpreting project blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and architects on project planning and execution.
• Resolving any job site issues promptly and effectively to prevent project delays.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality workmanship.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and correspondence.
• Managing project resources efficiently and maintaining open communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and changes.

Qualifications

• 2. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the commercial construction industry.
• 3. Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
• 4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
• 6. Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
• 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• 8. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• 9. A proven track record of managing commercial construction projects to successful completion.
• 10. Certification in construction management or related field will be an added advantage.
