Tiello is partnered with a growing construction company in its search for an experienced Superintendent to oversee projects throughout Maricopa County. The company specializes in building construction for infrastructure, water, and wastewater projects, working as a building subcontractor alongside general contractors.
This opening is due to growth, and the team is looking to hire within the next couple of weeks. The immediate project involves civil/site work, while most of the company’s projects are commercial-oriented.
Role Summary
The Superintendent will manage daily field operations, supervise subcontractors and crews, maintain schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, within budget, and according to project specifications.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong commercial or industrial construction background with experience overseeing civil/site work. This role requires close coordination with the general contractor and project team, along with involvement in preconstruction, submittals, scheduling, and change order pricing and execution.
