DENVER AREA SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT - COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

Construction Background & Experience with Complex Commercial Projects of $80MIL plus Ground Up Projects Needed! This is a permanent full-time role on Denver Metro area projects.

The Senior Superintendent will oversee multiple projects or a highly complex project valued at over $80 million. Responsibilities include providing on-site coordination across all phases of large-scale commercial construction in the Denver Metro area. The candidate will manage all personnel on-site and ensure project activities from start-up to punch-out are completed successfully. Collaboration with staff and Site Managers is essential to meet project deadlines.
