DENVER AREA SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT - COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

Construction Background & Experience with Complex Commercial Projects of $80MIL plus Ground Up Projects Needed! This is a permanent full-time role in the Denver Metro area.

The Senior Superintendent will oversee the actions and construction activities of multiple projects or a highly complex project valued at over $80 million. Responsibilities include providing on-site coordination across all phases of large-scale commercial construction projects in the Metro area.

The candidate will manage all personnel on jobsites and oversee activities from project start-up to punch-out. Collaboration with staff and Site Managers is essential to ensure project deadlines are met. The company values growth opportunities, employee longevity, and a team-oriented culture.
