City Wide Facility Solutions in Lexington, KY is seeking a CBS Sales Executive to drive growth for our Complete Building Solutions division. You will develop relationships with property owners, facility managers, developers, and business leaders across Central Kentucky, aligning client needs with our network of contractors to deliver on-time, on-budget projects.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, building trusted partnerships, conducting site visits, and managing the sales

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction sales or related B2B sales with a track record.
• Knowledge of commercial construction, renovations, or capital projects.
• Ability to build relationships with property owners and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality and ability to travel in Central Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial construction and renovations.
• Build relationships with property managers, owners, developers, and decision-makers.
• Conduct site visits to understand client goals and budgets.
• Develop project scopes, proposals, and pricing with operations teams and partners.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Present project solutions and bids with timelines and costs.
• Manage sales cycle from initial consultation to contract handoff.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track opportunities in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contractor partners for client satisfaction.
• Represent City Wide at industry events and networking groups.
