Job summary

Edgewood Properties, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Manager to operate across multiple locations, based in South Plainfield, NJ. Typical hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

The role involves overseeing commercial fit-ups, coordinating field manpower, and ensuring work follows permit drawings and inspections. A valid driver’s license and background check are required; drug screening may apply. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of commercial fit-ups.
• Schedule manpower required on field projects.
• Work with Construction Supervisor to ensure the project stays on schedule.
• Do material take-offs, schedule equipment and order materials needed.
• Correspond with the Subcontractors and the State for Inspections.
• Ensure work is performed according to permit drawings.
• Maintain job site cleanliness and order.
