Job summary

Edgewood Properties seeks a full-time Project Manager based in South Plainfield, NJ, with responsibilities across various locations. The role oversees commercial fit-ups and coordinates field activities to keep projects on schedule.

You will work with the Construction Supervisor, perform material take-offs, order materials, and communicate with subcontractors and state inspectors to ensure compliance with permit drawings. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be organized and detail-oriented to manage complex construction projects.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential in coordinating field activities.
• Ability to follow directions and comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to travel between sites.
• Must pass drug screening and background check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

We're currently seeking a full time Project Manager

This person will work at Various Locations but be based out of South Plainfield, NJ

This position is Monday thru Friday 7:30AM - 3:30PM

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of commercial fit-ups
• Schedule manpower required on field projects
• Work with Construction Supervisor to ensure the project stays on schedule
