Edgewood Properties, Inc. seeks a Project Manager Assistant to support the Commercial Division. Based out of South Plainfield, NJ, you will work at various locations, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, assisting in ongoing commercial fit-ups and project coordination.

The role emphasizes organization, reliability, and the ability to follow directions, with requirements including a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass drug and background checks. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist & oversee construction of commercial fit-ups.
• Schedule manpower required on field projects.
• Work with Construction Supervisor to ensure the project stays on schedule.
• Do material take-offs, schedule equipment and order materials needed.
• Correspond with the Subcontractors and the State for inspections.
• Assist and ensure work is performed according to permit drawings.
• Take care of jobsites overall.

We're currently seeking a full time Project Manager Assistant

This person will work at Various Locations but be based out of South Plainfield, NJ

This position is Monday thru Friday 7:30AM – 3:30PM

Responsibilities

Commercial Division as a Project Manager Assistant

• Assisting & Overseeing construction of commercial fit-ups
• Assisting to Schedule manpower required on field projects
• Work with Construction Supervisor to ensure the project stays on schedule
• Do material take-offs, schedule equipment and order materials needed
• Correspond with the Subcontractors and the State for Inspections
• Assisting and Insuring work is performed according to permit drawings
• Overall, assisting to take care of jobsites
