Job summary

Edgewood Properties, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Manager to operate across multiple locations, based in South Plainfield, NJ. Typical hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

The role involves overseeing commercial fit-ups, coordinating field manpower, and ensuring work follows permit drawings and inspections. A valid driver’s license and background check are required; drug screening may apply. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and more.

Responsibilities

Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 6,000 plus units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 12,000 units in the next five years. Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board.

We're currently seeking a full time Project Manager. This person will work at Various Locations but be based out of South Plainfield, NJ. This position is Monday thru Friday 7:30AM – 3:30PM.

Responsibilities

Commercial Division as a Project Manager

• Oversee construction of commercial fit-ups
• Schedule manpower required on field projects
• Work with Construction Supervisor to ensure the project stays on schedule
• Do material take-offs, schedule equipment and order materials needed
