Job summary

REZ Management is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up projects and large-scale remodels. This is a remote position with travel to job sites.

You will oversee site operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and maintain clear communication with corporate clients. A background in reading blueprints, understanding structural systems, and using ProCore and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of ground-up commercial construction project leadership.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and floorplans.
• Solid understanding of structural systems, sitework, foundations, and sequencing of ground-up builds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ProCore (or similar project management platforms).

We are a fast-growing commercial remodeling company seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients. This is a remote position with regular travel to job sites required. The right candidate will be comfortable managing field production, project budgets, and client communications while keeping projects on schedule and up to our high standards.

• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when working with demanding clients
• Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills
• Willingness to travel to construction sites and work occasional weekends or extended hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• (Experienced tradespeople with significant ground-up project leadership experience will also be considered)
• High school diploma or GED required

Compensation:

$90,000 to $120,000
