Job summary

REZ Management is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager for a remote role with regular travel to job sites across the United States. You will lead ground-up construction and large-scale remodels, coordinating field teams, schedules, budgets, and client communications.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in ground-up projects, strong blueprint interpretation, and proficiency in PM tools.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and floorplans.
• Solid understanding of structural systems, sitework, foundations, and sequencing of ground-up builds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ProCore (or similar project management platforms).
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when working with demanding clients.

This is a remote position with regular travel to job sites required. The right candidate will be comfortable managing field production, project budgets, and client communications while keeping projects on schedule and up to our high standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• (Experienced tradespeople with significant ground-up project leadership experience will also be considered)
• High school diploma or GED required

Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000
