Kelley Construction, Inc. in Louisville, KY is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee complex projects from development through completion.

This role reports to the Executive Vice President of Operations and requires coordination with clients, regulators, and subcontractors to maintain schedule and budget. The ideal candidate will have a construction management degree and at least five years of PM experience, including cost estimation and use of PM software.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Five years of experience leading construction projects as a Project Manager ideally with healthcare construction experience.
• Capable of estimating projects.
• Experience in Timberline, Procore or similar Project Management software a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Primavera P6 Scheduling software.

Position Summary:

Provide management oversight for all phases of the construction programs and projects, including developing cost estimates, subcontractor selection and project buyout, coordination of Kelley staff and subcontractors, relationship management with clients and regulators, material and equipment procurement, ensuring that contract documents are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Five years of experience leading construction projects as a Project Manager ideally with healthcare construction experience.
• Capable of estimating projects.
• Experience in Timberline, Procore or similar Project Management software a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Primavera P6 Scheduling software.
• Outstanding and professional oral and written communication and people skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Travel may be required

Physical Demands

The ability to focus and perform detailed estimating and paperwork tasks for long durations of time. Sitting and standing in an office environment. The ability to walk large job sites and buildings at every phase of construction. Ability to collaborate with laborers and carpenters if required.
