Job summary

Kelley Construction in Louisville, KY seeks a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from development to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred), 5 years PM experience, and proficiency with Timberline, Procore or Primavera P6. Travel may be required; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Five years of experience leading construction projects as a Project Manager ideally with healthcare construction experience.
• Capable of estimating projects.
• Experience in Timberline, Procore or similar Project Management software a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Primavera P6 Scheduling software.
• Outstanding and professional oral and written communication and people skills.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Project development, permitting, and supervision.
• Planning, organizing, and directing all phases of construction projects.
• Preparing budgets, cost estimates, and bids
• Developing and reviewing plans and specifications
• Documenting information and authoring reports
• Determining project workforce, material, and equipment requirements
• Evaluating and maintaining project progress, quality, and conformance to plans and specifications.
• Preparing and approving project progress reports, and schedules
• Implementing and monitoring safety policies and procedures
• Providing technical assistance to construction crews and subcontractors
• Ensure that the project is within the approved budget.
• Completing any related duties as assigned by management.
