Job summary

Kelley Construction in Louisville, KY seeks a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from development to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred), 5 years PM experience, and proficiency with Timberline, Procore or Primavera P6. Travel may be required; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Five years of experience leading construction projects as a Project Manager ideally with healthcare construction experience.
• Capable of estimating projects.
• Experience in Timberline, Procore or similar Project Management software a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Primavera P6 Scheduling software.
• Outstanding and professional oral and written communication and people skills.
• Travel may be required.

• Documenting information and authoring reports

• Preparing and approving project progress reports, and schedules
• Implementing and monitoring safety policies and procedures
• Providing technical assistance to construction crews and subcontractors
• Ensure that the project is within the approved budget.
• Completing any related duties as assigned by management.

Kelley Construction, Inc., headquartered in Louisville, KY is recruiting for a Project Manager to work out of our Louisville office location for the Commercial Construction Division. Individual will work with other team members to build complex construction projects.

Position Summary: Provide management oversight for all phases of the construction programs and projects, including developing cost estimates, subcontractor selection and project buyout, coordination of Kelley staff and subcontractors, relationship management with clients and regulators, material and equipment procurement, ensuring that contract documents are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
