Job summary

Confidential Employer in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale projects from preconstruction to closeout. The role is on-site and requires working closely with project teams and clients to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of all phases of commercial construction.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overall execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and safety performance.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, owners, architects, and field teams.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams throughout the construction process.

Location
