Nbutexas, a well-established commercial construction firm, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, collaborating with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and field teams.

Responsibilities include managing projects through all phases, developing schedules and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, handling RFIs and submittals, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience within commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office; estimating experience is a plus.
