Job summary

Reeves Young LLC in Georgia seeks a Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with the Super Six framework.

You will develop buyout strategies, manage subcontractors and vendors, and coordinate with engineers and architects while mentoring junior staff. Proficiency in MS Office and project software is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction project software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
• Familiarity with safety codes and on-site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion, per the Super Six.
• Develop and execute buyout strategies and schedules.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors and subcontractors.
• Track progress with schedules and critical-path analyses.
• Support senior PMs and train junior staff.
• Monitor costs, subcontractor status, and project overhead.
