Job summary

Reeves Young is seeking a Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have experience monitoring project finances and subcontract status.
• Proficient with construction software including MS Project and Bluebeam.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from start to finish under the defined Six-Phase process.
• Train and develop Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers and Interns.
• Develop and implement procurement/buyout strategy and maintain Buyout Log.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and vendors.
• Regularly update schedule and progress with team to baseline plan.
