Job summary

Batia Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and top quality.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients, manage project schedules and budgets, review contracts, conduct site visits, and mentor field staff across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management (GC experience preferred).
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
