Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities include coordinating RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billing, reviewing drawings and contracts, and leading project meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects through all phases of construction.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and project documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractor procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor project performance and address schedule, budget, and quality concerns.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and final turnover.
