Michael Page seeks a motivated Commercial Construction Project Coordinator to support delivery of commercial builds across Minnesota. You’ll help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in commercial construction (Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or similar)
• Experience working for a general contractor preferred
• Exposure to commercial, multifamily, or renovation projects
• Strong understanding of construction documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, plans/specs)
• Ability to assist with project scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in coordinating and executing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules
• Coordinate communication between field teams, subcontractors, architects, and clients
• Assist in tracking budgets, costs, and project progress
• Help drive project schedules by monitoring deadlines and addressing potential delays
• Operate project management systems to maintain up-to-date records and reporting
• Support procurement and subcontractor coordination for timely delivery of materials
• Provide administrative and technical support for smooth execution
