Job summary

Trend Personnel Pty Ltd in Forney, TX is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support multiple commercial construction projects from planning through completion. You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners to keep projects on schedule and on budget.

This on-site role requires 2–5 years of experience, proficiency with Microsoft Project and MS Office, and familiarity with Procore; strong organizational and communication skills are

Qualifications

• 2–5 years supporting commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Procore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries.
• Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documents.
• Track project budgets and costs; review invoices and lien waivers.
• Maintain organized project files and status updates.
• Schedule meetings between project teams, owners, architects, and subs.
• Support daily project operations and progress reporting.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed.
