Job summary

Marker, Inc. in Bellefontaine, Ohio is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will oversee schedule, budget, and quality while collaborating with clients, project teams, and field operations. The role requires strong construction process knowledge and excellent communication, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and best practices.
• Ability to read contracts, blueprints, and schedules.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; LEED GA or AP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of assigned projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and closeout.
• Lead collaborative project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, performance, and quality to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Develop scopes of work, subcontractor agreements, and purchase orders.
• Partner with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with plans, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Mentor, coach, and develop project engineers and junior team members to support growth and performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with proactive solutions.
• Foster long-term client relationships and pursue opportunities for future work.
