Diamond Peak Recruiting represents a well-established commercial general contractor in Southern California seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up and tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of commercial construction experience, proven PM capabilities on commercial projects, and a strong track record managing budgets and schedules.

Formación

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial projects.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgets, and project financials.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple project stakeholders and maintain accountability across the project team.
• Strong computer and project management software skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee ground-up construction, renovations, and tenant improvement projects.
• Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, project documentation, and schedules.
• Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining schedule and budget.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Partner with Superintendents and field teams to ensure quality, safety, and successful project execution.
• Mentor and provide leadership to Project Engineers, APMs, and Project Managers.
