Aureate Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgets.

The role requires managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships, with oversight of RFPs, bids, change orders, and quality control, while maintaining safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience managing commercial projects valued from $1M–$50M+.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• PMP or CCM certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee contract administration, including RFPs, bid analysis, and change orders.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, building regulations, and safety standards.
• Review construction documents and shop drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, and close-out packages.
