Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience managing commercial construction or large-scale renovation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, building systems, safety regulations, and job site management.
  • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing concurrent projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Procure materials, equipment, and services while maintaining cost-effective purchasing practices.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges, schedule conflicts, and construction issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, providing regular progress updates to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, schedules, and contractor communications.

Commercial Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Manager to oversee construction, renovation, and improvement projects across a portfolio of company-owned commercial and operational facilities. This role is responsible for managing all phases of construction from planning through completion while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
