gpac is seeking an Estimator to join their growing team in the Winston-Salem area. The successful candidate will bring proven experience estimating commercial construction projects and excellent people skills to collaborate with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams.

Responsibilities include preparing budgets, utilizing conceptual design and value engineering as needed, and presenting budgets, reports, and project plans. The role demands autonomy and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects.
• B.S. in Construction Management or related degree strongly preferred.
• Effective communication, attention to detail, ability to analyze and organize data

Responsabilités

• Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs
• Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
• Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously
