gpac is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role focuses on ground-up commercial construction projects, requiring a detail-oriented approach to developing and managing detailed estimates across multiple simultaneous projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of estimating experience, strong budgeting and margin understanding, and the ability to collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Ability to prepare and manage detailed estimates across multiple projects.
• Experience pricing, tracking, and negotiating change orders and project costs.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L, and margin projections.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required.
