Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial projects.

• Ability to prepare and manage detailed estimates across multiple projects.
• Experience pricing, tracking, and negotiating change orders and project costs.
• Strong budgeting, P&L, and margin projection understanding.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

A respected General Contractor with a strong backlog of commercial projects is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join their growing team. Estimator Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects
• Required experience estimating public sector construction projects in New Jersey, with a strong understanding of public bidding procedures, prevailing wage requirements, and state procurement regulations
• Ability to prepare and manage detailed estimates across multiple projects
• Experience pricing, tracking, and negotiating change orders and project costs
• Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L, and margin projections
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but not required
