gpac is seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator to lead ground-up estimating for high-profile projects with a financially strong general contractor. You will evaluate costs, coordinate with architects and design teams, and push project margins while maintaining client communication.

You should have 5+ years in ground-up commercial estimating; a Construction Management degree is preferred but not required. The role offers growth, stability, and a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
