gpac is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a respected General Contractor team in Columbus, Ohio. You will work on high-quality ground-up commercial construction projects within a financially stable company that values collaboration and work-life balance.

The role emphasizes detailed estimating across multiple projects, strong budgeting and P&L understanding, and collaboration with clients, architects, and subcontractors to drive margins and project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction.
• Ability to prepare and manage detailed estimates across multiple projects.
• Experience pricing, tracking, and negotiating change orders and costs.
• Strong budgeting, P&L, and margin projections.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required.
