HITT Contracting Inc. Falls Church, VA seeks an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to coordinate information for timely, on-budget construction with quality outcomes. The role develops into leadership during two-to-six year learning paths and partners with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
You will support pre-construction, budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, meetings, and reporting, while growing productively within a strong safety-focused culture and competitive compensation.

An Assistant Project Manager (APM) obtains, evaluates, coordinates and distributes the information and authorizations necessary to construct projects on time, within budget and to the quality specified. The APM is responsible to protect and promote the interest of both the business and client in all matters as well as demonstrate the personal characteristics of a beginner-level leader. While learning paths, growth and promotional opportunity vary, most team members are APMs for two to six years.
In accordance with Virginia Senate Bill 215 (SB 215), the base salary range for this position is:
$77,000.00 - $110,000.00
Compensation in other cities and states may vary. The determination of salary is based on the candidate's individual professional experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training.
