BusPatrol is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support commercial contracting, compliance, and day-to-day legal operations. This role will collaborate with Commercial Counsel, Contracts Management, and Compliance teams across public procurement processes involving school districts, municipalities, and government agencies.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate with 4–7 years of relevant experience, strong organization, and attention to detail to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Approximately 4–7 years of experience in paralegal, contract management, legal operations, compliance, or related roles.
• Experience supporting commercial contracting processes and government/public procurement is preferred.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and document management platforms is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support preparation, review, organization, tracking, and administration of commercial agreements, amendments, renewals, NDAs, procurement documents, and related materials.
• Assist with contract workflows, document routing, signature coordination, redline management, and agreement execution processes.
• Maintain organized contract records, legal documents, compliance files, and internal repositories.
• Monitor renewal deadlines, notice periods, obligations, and tracking requirements.
