Job summary

BusPatrol America LLC is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support a broad range of legal, litigation, corporate, and business-support activities in a fully remote role. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience as a career paralegal.
• Experience supporting litigation, discovery, document production, redactions, legal holds, and matter management.
• Experience working in an in-house corporate legal department.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company’s litigation and legal matter tracker, including active, closed, and anticipated matters.
• Track key deadlines, filings, hearings, discovery obligations, insurance information, outside counsel, matter status, and next steps.
• Organize and maintain matter files, pleadings, correspondence, agreements, productions, and other legal records.
• Support collection efforts, case preparation, and coordination with internal business partners and outside counsel.
• Manage litigation holds, including issuing hold notices, tracking custodian acknowledgments, and confirming preservation with internal business partners and outside counsel.
• Assist with legal research and factual investigations as directed by attorneys.
