Protingent Staffing is seeking a Senior Commercial Paralegal in Bellevue, WA to support our company lawyers, draft and review contracts, and help manage government contracts and compliance.

The role demands strong drafting, confidentiality expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments. You will help update templates, create legal documents, and advance contracting processes company-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; J.D. a plus.
• Knowledge of contracting, corporate and legal principles.
• Familiarity with IP and licensing.
• Programmatic successes and technology improvements for legal function.
• Ability to manage end-to-end processes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides programmatic support for the Company lawyers and reports to the Associate General Counsel.
• Prepares drafts of agreements, focusing on confidentiality agreements, and negotiates with Company lawyers.
• Collaborates across departments on contracts to support business and legal goals.
• Handles end-to-end processes for procurement contract and confidentiality reviews.
• Creates and formats documents (letters, memos, reports, presentations, spreadsheets).
• Supports government contracts and compliance requirements.
• Updates and administers legal policies, procedures, and standard templates.
