Responsibilities

• Outbound calling as well as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts and securing payments on accounts that are past due.
• Duties include documenting interactions and providing professional customer service.
• Work with team to meet collection targets and maintain regulatory compliance.

Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST

Location

5300 Kings Island Drive Mason suite 103, OH 45040

Work Location: This is an onsite position at our Mason office.

Compensation

$15 per hour and up based on experience

Training Schedule

2 Weeks Training/4 Weeks Nesting Monday-Friday 8A-5P

Production Schedule

After training and nesting - the production schedule is 9am-6pm Monday- Friday

Work Location: This is an onsite position at our office located at 5300 Kings Island Suite 103 Mason, OH 45090

Qualified candidates

must have 3 years of previous collections & skip tracing experience.
