Job summary

Truist in Dalton, GA is seeking a Sales and Loan Support professional to assist Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit staff in serving a portfolio of commercial clients up to $500MM in annual sales.

Under moderate supervision, you will help with pipeline accuracy, onboarding, loan servicing, and timely client communications, while ensuring data is current in CRM and supporting portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of related experience in financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with sales support, including pipeline accuracy, call preparation, and onboarding.
• Provide servicing support for commercial loans, deposits, and treasury services and assist in fraud resolution and payments.
• Assist in loan processing, compliance with Reg B, BSA/AML, and post-closing activities and client communications.
