Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Operations Manager to lead our cleaning teams and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction across locations. You will supervise site supervisors and cleaners, drive training initiatives, and uphold rigorous safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will champion quality-control inspections, provide constructive feedback, and maintain strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
• English proficiency required; bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
