Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead the cleaning team to success, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

You’ll organize shifts, train staff on ServiceMaster’s procedures, perform quality inspections, respond to customer requests, and enforce safety and OSHA rules in a fast-paced environment. 1–2 years of supervisory experience and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the cleaning industry.
• English proficiency is required; bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Able to stand, walk, push, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and adaptability for a fast-paced environment.

As a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in leading our cleaning team to success. Your responsibilities include (but not limited to):
