Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a leadership role, preferably in cleaning or facilities services.
• English proficiency required; bilingual a plus.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead site supervisors, cleaners, janitorial and project staff across locations.
• Train teams on ServiceMaster standards, products and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, provide feedback, ensure tasks meet high standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and concerns.
• Enforce safety and OSHA regulations to protect the team.
