Job summary

ServiceMaster Residential Co. is seeking reliable cleaning staff to perform dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning and sanitizing across facilities in Carol Stream, IL.

The role involves standing, bending and lifting up to 25 lbs, with various shift options including 9am-5pm, 3pm-11:30pm, and 9pm-1am. The position offers a competitive salary, PTO accrual based on hours worked for both full- and part-time employees, and a company-sponsored 401K with employer match.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, trash removal, wiping and sanitizing all surfaces and kitchen/cafeteria areas.

Job description

• ServiceMaster is currently looking for 9am to 5pm, 3p-11:30pm and 9pm to 1am

Required backgrounds:

• Act 34 PA State Police Clearance Checks
• Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance-**Select Department of Education PDE**

Duties include / not limited to:

• Dusting, Mopping, Sweeping, Vacuuming, Bathrooms, Trash removal, Wiping and sanitizing all surfaces, Kitchens cafeterias areas, etc…

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and and/or carry 25lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
