Job summary

ServiceMaster in West Grove, PA is seeking Fulltime Day Cleaners for Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts. The role involves cleaning duties across offices and common areas and requires ability to obtain necessary state and federal clearances.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 lbs, read cleaning instructions, and differentiate cleaning products. PTO accrual and a company-sponsored 401K with employer match are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Act 34 PA State Police Clearance Checks.
• Must obtain Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance.
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance required; PDE Department of Education may be involved.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions and differentiate cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, bathrooms, trash removal, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, and cleaning kitchens/cafeterias.
• Perform other cleaning duties as needed.

Duties include / not limited to:

• Dusting, Mopping, Sweeping, Vacuuming, Bathrooms, Trash removal, Wiping and sanitizing all surfaces, Kitchens cafeterias areas, etc…

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and and/or carry 25lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
