Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Exton, PA, is seeking reliable housekeeping associates for multiple shifts (9am–5pm, 3pm–11:30pm, 9pm–1am). Duties include dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. Training provided.

Must pass background checks per Act 34/151 and FBI clearance requirements for positions in education-related settings. We offer competitive pay, PTO accrual, and company-sponsored 401K with employer match.

Qualifications

• Constant standing/walking, ability to lift up to 25lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.

Required backgrounds:

• Act 34 PA State Police Clearance Checks
• Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance- Select Department of Education PDE

Duties include / not limited to:

• Dusting, Mopping, Sweeping, Vacuuming, Bathrooms, Trash removal, Wiping and sanitizing all surfaces, Kitchens cafeterias areas, etc…

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and and/or carry 25lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
