Job summary

JCW Group seeks a Commercial Claims Supervisor to build and lead a new claims division. This hybrid role requires three days on site in West Trenton and two days remote.

You will coach a team of Commercial Claims Representatives and Specialists, oversee daily workflows, and guide coverage decisions across Commercial Auto, Business Owners Policy, and Commercial Package Policy lines. JCW Group has partnered with a highly respected property and casualty insurer to hire a Commercial Claims Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company while simultaneously getting to build out the commercial claims division from the ground up. You’ll handle the team’s day-to-day operations, coach and develop your staff, and keep claim handling consistently high quality. You’ll also be a trusted point of contact for internal teams and outside business partners.

Schedule:

This is a hybrid role: three days onsite in West Trenton, and two days remote. Hours are 8:00am – 4:15pm, Monday-Friday.

Key Qualifications:
