Job summary

JCW Group seeks a Commercial Claims Supervisor to build and lead a new claims division. This hybrid role requires three days on site in West Trenton and two days remote.

• Experience in Commercial General Liability claims.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage the performance of a team of Commercial Claims Representatives and Specialists.
• Oversee daily operations and workflows for the commercial claims team.
• Guide staff on coverage decisions across Commercial Auto, BOP and CPP lines.
• Oversee claims across multiple jurisdictions and step in on individual claims when needed.
