Job summary

JCW Group is recruiting a Claims Consultant in Atlanta, GA, to support commercial clients with complex Property & Casualty claims in a hybrid, client-facing role. As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic claims advocacy, coverage guidance, and consult with clients, carriers, and internal teams to drive favorable claim outcomes.

The position requires strong communication and deep knowledge of commercial P&C.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims experience within commercial insurance, including claims adjusting or brokerage claims consulting.
• Strong experience handling complex commercial Property & Casualty claims, including general liability, property, and other commercial lines.
• Insurance brokerage experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to manage complex claims and build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.

Responsibilities
