Job summary

The role requires proven sales leadership in Commercial P&C, plus knowledge of claims workflows and analytics. Travel up to 30% may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership and revenue growth experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial property & casualty insurance.
• Experience selling data, analytics, SaaS, workflow, or technology solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Claims Account Managers to achieve revenue and retention goals.
• Drive strategic account plans to expand relationships within Commercial P&C claims organizations.
• Manage forecasts, pipeline health, territory planning, and performance for the team.
• Engage in customer meetings, negotiations, and executive‑level relationship management.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Sales Support to deliver outcomes.
