Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions, within the Commercial Claims team, is seeking a Vertical Account Manager to acquire, grow, and retain revenue from a portfolio of Commercial Property & Casualty carrier accounts.

The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with P&C insurance experience and a strong understanding of claims operations and workflows. Direct claims experience is highly desirable but not required. Travel up to 30% noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
• Experience in consultative sales or account management.
• Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience required.
• Strong knowledge of claims processes and workflows.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue objectives through account planning and sales execution.
• Develop strategic account plans to protect revenue and grow opportunities.
• Build relationships with claims executives and other stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery to understand objectives and operations.
• Close new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Manage retention plans and ensure solution adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Maintain pipeline, forecast, and account plans in Salesforce.
