Job summary

Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Commercial Claims Manager to lead a team of Account Managers in acquiring, growing, and retaining revenue within Commercial Property & Casualty insurer accounts.

You will engage with claims leaders and executives, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Claims Account Managers to meet revenue, retention, and growth targets.
• Drive execution of strategic account plans to expand relationships within Commercial P&C carrier claims.
• Manage sales forecasts, pipeline, territory planning, and performance metrics for the team.
• Support customer meetings, sales opportunities, contracts, and executive relationships.
• Directly manage accounts during vacancies or transitions and partner on growth opportunities.
