Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager for Commercial Claims to lead and grow a high-performance team serving Commercial Property & Casualty carrier accounts. You will coach account managers, drive revenue, and manage strategic relationships with executives in the claims space.

The role requires deep knowledge of commercial insurance claims processes, strong leadership, and ability to collaborate with product, implementation, and support teams to deliver superior outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of revenue growth and managing strategic customer relationships.
• Commercial Property & Casualty insurance industry experience required.
• Prior people leadership experience with responsibility for coaching, developing, and managing sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance claims processes, workflows, and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Claims Account Managers to meet revenue, retention, and growth objectives.
• Drive team execution of strategic account plans to expand relationships within Commercial P&C carrier claims orgs.
• Manage sales forecasts, pipeline health, territory planning, and performance metrics for team members.
• Support and participate in customer meetings, opportunities, negotiations, and executive relationship management.
• Directly manage customer accounts during vacancies, onboarding, or realignment, ensuring continuity.
